Assign Libraries
Note: Library provides visibility to users when they browse or search for the learning. There are two types of libraries as listed below:
- Internal – these libraries provide learning visibility to users who are BHP employees.

External – these libraries provide visibility to all non-employees who have access to the LMS, including agency contractors, service contractors, and consultants.

N/A – if not in a library, that means the learning entity will not be visible to users and can only be completed if auto assigned via an assignment profile or manually assigned by an admin.

Note: Category help to categorise the learning item, so a user can browse the LMS library based on set categories; learning items that are associated to the selected category will be listed in the user’s search results. Learning items may be associated to more than one categories but not more than three.
Assign Assignment Profile
Note: Assignment profiles create a group of users based on several attributes that the LMS offers. Further information on these attributes can be found in the BHP Learning Playbook.
Once an assignment profile is set up, users that meet the attribute(s) will automatically be assigned the specific learning curricula.
Assign Prerequisites
Note: Note: The Prerequisites functionality restricts users from starting a learning item until they have passed or completed other indicated learning items.

The schedule of learning is controlled by the program's agenda, which functions like an academic syllabus. It outlines events over the time of the program. The learning events can be internal learning items or they can be external content (such as a welcome video hosted on the company intranet). This learning entity is primarily used for the structure of development programs.

A Curriculum is designed to be strictly structured for compliance, regulators, and audits. It can be used to group together mandatory training for reasons of role, site, or other company requirements.

Note: Learning entities can include Items, Sub-curricula, or Requirements.
- Items are used to denote individual units of training, ex. e-Learning module, quiz, or in person class.
- Requirements provide a set of conditions a user must complete to receive credit as part of the overall Curriculum.
- Sub-curricula are used to package learning entities together to insert into another package of learning entities.
